Wish it away. Please.
Andrew Divoff is back as that evil Djinn who's out to get 1,001 souls in order to bring a wartribe of genies to Earth after art crook Holly Fields lets him loose from his captive stone.
Ready for the negatives? Because there's no positives on hand here.
Plenty of fake-looking gore is overshadowed by sketchy scripting, groanable dialogue and an outright badness that makes the original look like a horror classic. Doesn't help to have a heroine in Fields who when not wearing platform shoes is only in the film to describe the plot to us dumb viewers.
Hits the pinnacle of its badness in the finale where casino playing cards and a roulette wheel become murder weapons (and a lady farts out tokens!). Please.
