Three AM Films take us back to the small town of Harvest (the same setting for their 1990 effort Shreck) where Michael Galvin returns home to visit his grandfather only to be contacted by the restless spirit of an eight-year-old girl that uses his sleepwalking body to take revenge on the people that murdered her and her family in a robbery years earlier.
Watchable supernatural horror feels a tiny bit tedious at times but it's certainly nice to see an independent film that makes an effort at plot.
Forgive the somewhat wooden acting and low sound recording and you'll get a moderately successful film that has some well-shot black and white flashback sequences and a couple of nifty "death by fire" murders. Not that bad.
Unfortunately the filmmakers decided to use stock screaming sounds that only retract from the effectiveness of the murders.
Originally titled Old Flames, then known as Sleepwalker before being retitled by distributor Cult Video.

DVD INFORMATION
Picture Ratio: Full Frame.
Picture Quality: A little fuzzy at times but it doesn't suffer much in the dark scenes. A decent enough transfer.
Extras: The best extra here is the inclusion of Three AM's Shreck on the flipside of the disc that not only has the 1990 film but also a commentary and making of featurette. Also included in the package is the well-done trailer for Vengeance, another interesting commentary from co-director/co-writer Adams, a so-so music video by "Graphic Nature", the teaser for the unmade Warwolf (with the yummy Amber Newman), a "making of" for Warwolf, the making of their unmade anthology film Red Eyes and finally a collection of local newcasts about Three AM Films. This is quite a loaded disc and it's an interesting history of Three AM Films.
