Anthology horror tale has our freak-out host telling the three stories within.

Firstly the tale of a couple celebrating their honeymoon who are side-swiped off the road and kidnapped by some murderous rednecks. This story is unnerving at times and has some cool plot twists (which admittedly have been seen elsewhere, but are done well here). This manages more suspense in the first third than the rest of the film can fathom.

Our second tale is a mostly silly and weak story about a businessman, rushing to catch a flight, being attacked by a dog and going to a medical clinic in which things aren't what they seem.

And the last tale is about a woman who meets a guy in a bar only for things to end up in murder. While it's better than the second it's still questionable in its execution.

Overall this is a well-directed time that after an above average first story stumbles badly. Passable, or at least shut it off after the first one. Even has a steadycam intro similiar to Tales From The Crypt.

Made for cable.
