Anthology horror flicks have their good sides and bad, this straight-to-video one is no exception.
John Ritter (who's one of the good sides, and has a quite nutty moment near the end) plays a real estate agent who's trying to sell some houses to a young couple, within are the three stories here he conveys about each house.
Firstly, a little fun about two lovers killing the woman's husband and getting what they deserve. This story has some good suspense (when the husband catches them) and a decent twist making it the best thing here.
Second up is a family taking in a escaped organ grinder monkey that turns out to be "eeeevillll". It's totally so-so with a bratty child actor and draggy conclusion, but at least we get to see wrestler "Buff" Bagwell used as a pin-cushion.
And lastly is a slasher toned one that has a teen able to see visions of the killer, "The Granny". It's under-developed despite having a killer character who, if he had his own movie, would be pretty good.
Overall, this treads totally familiar ground but has okay acting and makes for mild viewing. The best moment: the opening sequence that shows proof of how the food chain really works.
