Scientists create a perfect lifeform in the guise of a female (less docile they say, have they met my ex?) after recieving DNA changing transmissions from outer space only to have to hunt it down after she/it escapes to try and mate.

Inventive effects highlight this enjoyable horror-sci-fi which at times reminds one of Aliens, but manages to be lots of fun anyway. Bad ending though.
