Sequel to controversial 1984 cult classic slasher is deemed pointless since about half the film contains prior footage (that just helps to confirm the original was a better movie) as the brother of the first killer (played over-the-top and unconvincing by Eric Freeman) tells a psychiatrist about his sibling before heading out on his own killing spree and trying to knock-off the crippled mother superior who made his life Hell in an orphanage.
While it tries for a more psychological script than the original it just doesn't work because there's enough really poor scattered scenes throughout (such as the really poor movie theatre scene that contains some bad comic relief and lame "car battery" death) and one extremely stupid (and pointless) killing spree that has Freeman walking around with a gun and cackling maniacally.
The weakest entry in a so-so series. Gotta love that the mother superior lives at street address "666".
