1997 - 102m.

Cheap looking third entry in the series (after Wicked Games) has more murders at the hands of a coppermasked killer that turns out to be an unstable ex-mental paitent who's disgusted at those cashing in on the original killer. Joel D. Wynkoop returns as ousted doctor Dan Hess who has to try and stop it all.

While this is an improvement over the previous entry it's still a somewhat poor effort loaded with some gruesome deaths and low-grade acting. But it's not all bad with a cringe-inducing hammer tooth smashing/plastic bag death and a amusing tabloid TV segment that satires the medias obsession with serial killers.

Plus where else will you see a baby carriage being plowed down before the opening credits? Not to mention a "comet cleaner in the mouth" death copied from 1980's Mother's Day.
