1999 - 80m.

As compelling as an accident scene, this micro-budget and ultimately pathetic indie horror has punker couple Billy Scam and Tiffany Stinky (obviously pseudonyms, duh) catching a disease dubbed "Rot" (which does just that) after good ole Tiff gets intimate with a corpse. So while they slowly degenerate they are chased by the FBI and police while scientist Joel D. Wynkoop, who created the virus, obssesses over Tiff and giggles with glee.

Take two completely unlikable leads, throw in Wynkoop's nutty over-the-top performance and add a script that gets much too mean-spirited and you get this ugly movie filled with ugly characters you couldn't care less about. Ignorant and annoyingly anti-social.
