Less than inspiring jokey horror/comedy has a reporter dumped into some toxic waste when he sets out to uncover the unsafe conditions at the nearby nuclear power plant and coming back as a deformed toxic mutant who sets out for revenge.
Ho-hum spoof has a few pleasingly amusing moments (such as the mulcher and skin-flicking scenes) and a few mildy funny jokes but it turns out to be a case of ambition overshooting the miniscule budget and poor acting.
Director/co-writer Pryce almost pulls this one off but the aforementioned weaknesses and sluggish pace make it into a semi-passable time with a great title.
