Eerie low-budgeter about radiation that makes the dead rise and become flesh-eating zombies and the group of people who are trapped in a farmhouse fighting them off.

Powerful film intended as camp is packed with suspense, well acted and fast paced storytelling.

Remade in 1990 and also colourized (avoid). Also available in a thirtieth anniversary edition that's re-edited and with new footage shot by Russo (I've heard it's atrocious).
