Amazing low-budgeter has paroled murderer Luther (menacingly and convincingly played by Edward Terry) who's got an affection for biting peoples necks to copy the old fashioned circus geeks (sideshow bums who'd bite the heads off chickens and drink the blood) terrorizing the woman whos farm he's hiding out at, her daughter and various other people.

This is one grim, unsettling and tensely made flick. A lot of critics panned it, but this is a rare smaller budgeted wonder.
