Asbestos Felt (an obvious pseudonym) plays an average everyday guy who begins to suspect his bride of six months may be cheating on him while he's at work. This slowly drives him mental, especially after finding wifey's diary (which are just notes for romance stories). So he sets-out to kill everyone he thinks his wife has cheated with using all sorts of creative methods of dispatch.
From Truth Or Dare? writer Ritter comes this freaky independent slash-o-rama that's loaded with some twisted dream sequences (like Felt's wife swallowing his best friend's head with a set of giant lips), fake-o (but some neat) gore murders and Felt chewing scenery in his over-the-top and hammy performance.
Sure, it gets a bit sloppy in its zombie filled ending and it does try a bit too hard at times for dopey humour; but there's quite a bit to enjoy here for the undiscriminating horror fan as we're shown a ceiling fan murder that's a stroke of genius, nudity free sex scenes with lousy porno music, an outrageous intestine electrocution scene and some mild chuckles (the fact Felt and wife live at the address "666" for example).
Not the greatest film ever made, and quite crappy at times, but the approach is none-too-serious and it turns out somewhat entertaining because of that (and Felt's acting job). Gets too dumb in the finale as well.
Contains another "Fangoria Moment" (which is when a character in the film is shown reading the popular horror magazine).
