1957 - 72m.

Based on the success of I Was A Teenage Werewolf; AIP released this very loosely associated sequel (in fact the only tie to that film is that Whit Bissell is in both) that has quite mad scientist Frankenstein (Bissell, who's the hammiest thing here in this way hammy film) experimenting on transplanting human body parts and using a teenage car crash victim to make a monster who eventually flips-out and goes on a confused rampage.

Leisurely paced and not exciting 50's horror drive-in flick plays with minimal thrills but can be commended for showing severed limbs (which was a huge deal for its day) and actually attempting to have a sympathetic creature.

But apart from that it's a completely tame and bland time in which even the monsters rampages seem mild. If this would've played more on the teenage angle it probably would have worked much better.

The finale is in colour for no real apparent reason.
