The monsterous babies are quaranteened on a deserted island to protect society and it's up to Michael Moriarty who fathered one of them to take them on five years later when they return home.

So-so sequel starts off well but is defeated by its increasing silliness. It's just too hard to swallow the fact the monsters have grown to human size since the make-up looks so unthreatening.

Weakest of the series.
