1970 - 88m.

American International attempted to start their own mini-trend by releasing this horror/sci-fi effort, but alas it only spawned one imitator (1972's The Thing With Two Heads) that is much better known.

After a perfect intro that has maniacal killer Albert Cole being captured by the police this tells of scientist Bruce Dern who's been experimenting with transplanting so two heads can be on the same body.

Well when Cole escapes and ends-up at Dern's house (killing a few people in the process) you can guess what happens. Yep, Cole's head is grafted onto the head of gigantic retarded groundskeeper Danny (John Bloom). The expected murdering rampage occurs after Cole takes control of his new body.

A drive-in movie; nothing more - nothing less. Meaning that for the most part it's silly, trashy and quite missable.

Sure, Cole is suitably slimy and it's amusing to see DJ Casey Kasem in a co-starring role, but that's about all you'll get from this uninteresting and somewhat slow flick. A few chuckles at the expense of the neck brace used to hide the poor effect of two heads on one body and when Bloom staggers around with a obvious dummy head attached to him.
