At first amusingly tacky this low-budgeter about some kids taking on a murderous, quite insane ice cream man (Clint Howard) eventually degenerates into a tiresome and low-grade slasher flick.

Howard is nutty enough but is defeated by a weak script and unbelieveable plot twist of having little kids as the heroes.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for a better movie...
