Seventh (and hopefully final) entry in the dismal series.
Australian drifter (Clive Turner) comes to a small desert town and finds himself accused of murder when a bunch of people turn up dead with a werewolf in their midst responsible.
You can hold director/writer/producer/star Turner responsible for this overly jokey, cheap looking and pretty tedious affair. Not only is it padded out with some really lame line-dancing and country music songs we get a script that overdoes it on the lame plot twists.
As with other films in the Howling series the werewolf is only briefly glimpsed in the final two minutes (and feeble looking it is) but at least this is a tad campy on purpose since most of the other sequels were dead serious.
