1995 - 102m.

Some scattered cheap laughs and the campy approach can't save the lumbering stupidity of this Troma sequel.

This time our hero Brick Bronsky (who plays three separate roles) has to try and stop the evil Dr. Slag, phd from taking over Tromaville with his subhumanoids.

This series has come about as far away from being horror since the nuclear monstered original that it's just become a cheap parody. The laughs come at the expense of Troma poking fun at themselves but it isn't enough to make this even watchable.
