Two dumb Ghoulies get stuck on Earth from their dimension and have to try and get a magical stone that both a detective and sexy Satanic killer want in order to get home.

Godawful sequel is a low-point in noted hack Wynorski's career. Attempts to be tongue-in-cheek, but comes across as juvenile and dumb.

Unexplicably rated-R since there's no nudity and little swearing/violence. Magnatize.
