From Horse Creek Productions comes the sophomore effort from director/writer Tommy Faircloth (who also helmed the weak Crinoline Head) that stars Brian Kelly and Marina Morgan as two high schoolers that fall in love only to find they both have a penchant for murder. So they go on a little murdering fun of fellow schoolmates and anyone else who crosses them.
Despite a mediocre final third this is a very entertaining effort from Faircloth who seems to have a much better grip of what makes a movie work compared to his previous film.
With decent production values, satire that works much better than it did in Crinoline Head and a likeable cast; this is an above average independent film that actually works hard at character development and tackles some mature themes (such as rape).
Kelly makes a grand impression (in fact he seemed like the only natural actor in Faircloth's last film also) and Morgan is quite winning and nice to look at. Recommended.
