1981 - 99m.

This religion-themed horror flick from writer/director LaLoggia has a fairly creepy opening scene before settling down into a tale filled with cliched high school characters as a boy who's grown up strange turns out to be Lucifer brought back to Earth and is trying to take over the World as two archangels try to stop him.

While this is okay viewing, it's just not that appealling and as with most movies using religion as plot basis it sometimes makes the scripting muddy.

LaLoggia is competent as a director and there is a hip soundtrack, it's just too silly going with one homo-erotic shower scene and an almost laughable dodge ball scene that takes overacting to the max.

Passable at best, though the zombies that show-up in the finale are definitely cool.
