Seems that Linda Blair (who's certainly short on luck) is possessed by an evil demon again and this time it falls to priest Richard Burton to rid the evil.

Unworthy sequel doesn't have the style or intelligence of the original and is pretty boring as well due to the bloated running time. Skip it.
