Sigh. It's about this time I find Seduction Cinema is becoming a little tiring. Started by New Jersey's EI Cinema as an off-shoot brand that specializes in "erotic" horror and fantasy films it seems the formula has worn thin (even if the sales haven't).

Laurie Wallace stars as a refined girl who finds a mirror at an antique store in her former hometown that turns out is possessed by ghost Darian Caine who's trapped in it. This mirror has erotic powers that makes any female who comes into contact with it get all worked into a sexual frenzy which they either take-out on themselves or other female companions. It's from here they trot out a large amount of lesbian sequences that border on soft-core ending with a seven girl orgy.

I once said that The Erotic Ghost was Seduction's worst film - I take that back.

While not as jokey as their usual fare this falls into this companys usual trappings of having barely any plot, acting that's on the level of porn and lots and lots of senseless sex scenes. It may be nice to look at Wallace and her co-stars (apart from Misty Mundae who sickly reminds one of a twelve-year-old girl thanks to her body type) but that's not enough. This one overstays its welcome even longer than most Seduction films by being about an hour too long.

Director Jacelone has done better (witness 1998's Psycho Sisters) and we wonder how he got caught doing this. And as a complaint I have to say that EI should focus their energy back a bit more to their other genre films because they had better success doing that.

A.J. Khan is probably the most talented one here and Mistress Rhiannon is the most disgusting sight since Chesty Morgan (in fact I'd say she's even more so).
