1994 - 99m.

In the year 2003, a huge corporation is being protested for the building of weapons. When new CEO Ely Pouget shows-up and proceeds to fire resident genius (and nutcase) Brad Dourif, all Hell breaks lose as he unleashes his mechanical killing machine dubbed "Warbeast".

While this has some good mood at first and steady direction it just can't get over a script which packs in plenty of muddled tech-talk and a silly final third. Dourif is suitably nutty but overacting too much at the same time and his character spouts way too many riddle-like sayings (when he's not cracking poor jokes).

A failure to be sure. Has one poorly executed elevator attack that had potential. Uses the names of horror film directors for some of the characters (a homage that's been done many times before).

Try not to giggle when a policeman exclaims, "Holy Donuts!".
