1988 - 85m.

Sequel to the cult classic original manages to capture the spirit of the first pretty well with Bradley Brown (Scott Grimes) returning to Grover's Bend only for some Critter eggs to hatch which leads to all sorts of comedically nasty furball fun while the bounty hunters from the first also come back to stop the "krites".

With lots of genre in-jokes and jabs this may get a bit too silly in the finale but is a completely watchable and entertaining follow-up with a pleasing first critter attack (they still look cool), an inspired "Easter egg hunt" moment, a "centerfold transformation" staple and all and lots of Critter lunacy in a fast food restaurant.

An acceptable entry for fans of the series and more decent effects work from the Chiodo Brothers.
