Obvious tongue-in-cheek follow-up to the erotic vampire T&A original throws out a bizarre loosely-strung-together "plot" that has William Hellfire as "Billy the Vampire" who manages to change a young girl into a bloodlusting vampire/zombie and is planning to make her into a music star while other people in the cast have bizarre foot fetishes.
In what is definitely tiring as a 75 minute movie (it would've been better as a short) this uninspired sequel holds your attention for the most part (though it's mostly to see how bad it can get) with Hellfire amusing in his role and Mickey Ovum faring best as a sleazy music promoter but everyone else (especially Ruby Honeycat in the title role) being amateurish at best.
Throw in the fact this lacks any sort of focus, there's too much foot fondling and stale plot and that "What the..." intermission and this unrelated sequel will have you wishing for the original (which at least had decent looking girls getting naked to hold your interest).
The subtitle is the best thing about the movie.
