Three kids born during a lunar eclipse who are best friends go on a killing spree just as they are about to turn ten.

Highly entertaining flick is well made, finely written and competently acted making it above average.

Comedian Julie Brown (of Earth Girls Are Easy and parody song fame) has an eye-popping strip tease in this early film appearance.
