Odd tale about a guy who carries his deformed twin around in a basket taking revenge on the doctors who seperated them when they were twelve.

Not quite as strangely entertaining as the sequels, but still worth noting because it did start the series after all.

Low-budget and it shows, but alright anyway with a fair share of bloodletting (including the cool "needles in drawer" scene).

Followed by two sequels.
