1999 - 79m.

From Mr. Creepo (the alter-ego of producer Timothy Beckley) comes the first in his series of exploitation no-budgeters that has a bare-bones plot of a vampire named Camilla (Lolita Langsuir) seducing a lesbian who's just broken-up with her lover and preparing her to be her "chosen love". Hunting down Camilla and her vampire minions is Muffy (Circe) a vampire slayer.

Like the Crypt Keeper from Tales From The Crypt, Mr. Creepo is just here to introduce the movie and pop-up in small segments during as he talks to the ghost of Ed Wood (who he says is his uncle), but he's a welcome host and manages a couple of okay puns (the "Goldberg" one is amusing).

And yes this is a fairly bad movie and padded with quite a bit of lesbian scenes; but it's hard to deny its purposely tacky approach, inept moments (like when you can see one characters mike wire) and the fact that if you expect the worst it's actually sort of fun and watchably sleazy.

While most of the cast is made-up of fairly unattractive "goth" girls (which all use porn star-like fake names) at least Langsuir and Circe come across okay with Circe actually fairly winning at times. And this does have better production values than some independent movies that have crossed my path before.

It be bad, but it also be cheesy fun (and wait until you see the pathetic "staking" scene). Check out the funny bloopers in the end credits.

If Creepo can continue to make 'em like this, I'll probably keep watching.
